INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
125 g self raising flour
125g caster sugar
125g butter softened
40g cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
10 tbsp chocolate buttercream
300g of Maltesers
100g White chocolate ,melted
6 glacé cherries
1 bay leaf / holly leaf
1 Ltr Pudding bowl
METHOD
1-Preheat oven to 180C
2-Place flour,sugar,butter,cocoa,baking powder and eggs into mixing bowl and mix for 5 mins
3- when mix is light n fluffy spoon into lined pudding basin and bake for 45 mins
4- When fully cooked take out of oven and set on wire rack to cool
5- Turn cake out onto serving plate and cover with buttercream
6- Decorate with Maltesers and drizzle over melted white chocolate
7- Add glacé cherries and holy or bay leaf
8 – Enjoy a slice with some fresh whipped cream or custard
